In these unprecedented times, more people than ever before are working from home.
But how does an organisation optimise their home working for everyone’s mutual benefit?
Peter Quinn, a York-based Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, and a trusted Social Vision partner, is delivering webinars to teams to do just that.
As well as advising on how to set up at home, incorporating routines and highlighting some of the pitfalls, he also looks closely at individuals’ well being and how everyone can thrive in the new environment.

“I’ve put together a short webinar and resource for teams to either check their progress or kick start their important conversations about how best to work together. If this gets done well the team will thrive. Standard management and team practices for office based work need translating to home based working; this webinar helps do just that.”
His ‘Tips and Tactics for Home working and Life/Work balance‘ webinar is the perfect tool and can be accessed after a short discussion with him so that he can understand the team’s role and resources.
The interactive webinar lasts 40 minutes and has been well received by the teams participating so far.
I thought the session was spot on and a great way to start the transition to working from home. It was really useful even for those who consider themselves experienced home workers. I was reminded that it is also crucial to consider how to manage our people and ourselves remotely too.Matt Smelt Webb, University of York
The participants get access to the resource after and some have already booked in a 4 week check in.
The session costs £150 for up to 30 participants using their platform.
