Social Vision’s Big Chill launches this weekend at The Malthouse. This free all day event is for families, or anybody who wants to enjoy an alcohol free entertainment venue. Come and meet other parents and families whilst enjoying workshops, entertainment, music, games and arts and crafts. Social Vision Director, Joe Gardham, said:
As a father myself, I’ve been longing for a space in town I can hang out with my friends and our families, without it costing a fortune. So we’ve designed the Big Chill – every Sunday for the rest of 2019. The most important thing for me is price point. You could spend all day Sunday at The Malthouse, be entertained, have a hot drink and juice for the kids and it won’t cost you a penny.
However, if you’d like the full Malthouse experience, we have our Food Trucks (where 80% of dishes are capped at £5), coffee bar and Smoothie van open for you to enjoy; and there’ll be a range of activities and sessions – from Poppy Making to slime workshops and crafting. Our ping pong table will keep the older kids (and, let’s face it adults!) entertained.
Entry is always free, so come hang out with us. Bring an open mind and lots of energy!
