Having already worked with York CVS, Choose2Youth, York Welfare Benefit Unit, My Sight York and Blueberry Academy, Linda McHugh of EMD is funded to manage and deliver training directly to your organisation.
She initially provides an onsite training Needs Analysis for you, looking at current and future training and development needs of staff, in order to support business growth.
She then tailors training to meet your specific organisation’s needs.
She develops bespoke training in Management, Customer Service and Developing Presentation skills with all training accredited and certificated by the awarding Body NCFE. She also helps with coaching staff, how to lead meetings and managing personal and professional development
And she does the full L3 qualification in Education and Training, ideal for those who coach and train others, including volunteers.
