Article from the excellent Beware of the Bull

Looking For Core Funding?
The only scheduled round of Lloyds Bank Foundation’s Invest fund for this year will be opening later this month. Designed to provide multi-year core funding, the Invest funding stream makes grants of between £10,000 and £25,000 per year for two or three years, with the potential for continuation funding up to a total of six years.

To be eligible, your work must be supporting people facing multiple disadvantage, at a specified point of transition in their lives – these include offenders being released from prison, looked after young people leaving care, and people suffering abuse at the point they decide to remove themselves from the abusive situation. A full list of eligible transition points is available on the Lloyds Bank Foundation website, and will be part of the eligibility questionnaire when applications open. You must also be a charity or CIO, with an income of between £25,000 and £1 million, and your service users must be aged 17 or over.

Applications for this round will open on Monday 9th April, with a deadline of 18th May. Applications that go through to Stage 2 will receive an assessment visit July-August this year, and will be notified of the final decision in the week commencing 5th November. For more information, and to apply, visit the Lloyds Bank Foundation website.
