So that the work and priorities of the York Disability Rights Forum accurately represent the views of the people they support they would love to hear about everyone’s experiences of living and/or working in York.

They invite people to complete a short survey to help them understand the priorities of disabled people in York as well as what is currently going on in the city.

The survey is only 8 questions long and all responses will help guide the priorities and work of the Forum. It’s a great way to have your say and have your voice heard.

They would like the survey to be completed by the 30th September.

And, if there’s anything else you’d like to add that isn’t covered in the survey, or if you’d like to get involved more actively with the Forum’s advisory group they would love you to email them at disability@yorkhumanrights.org.
