No matter what your age or ability, exercise makes you feel good. Get down to free work outs in Acomb & Clifton

New charity Move the Masses have announced their Autumn/Winter schedule of free pop up workouts in Acomb and Clifton. This is the perfect opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to come out and gently get back into exercise in their local green space.

It’s free and fun and shows you simple ways to get moving and be active without the need for any fancy equipment.

This is all about getting you started, there is no need for special clothes or any fitness experience, just come along and have some fun. And you don’t have to get hot and sweaty even!

Wednesday 17th October – 12.30pm  – Kingsway North (opposite school)
Tuesday 23rd October – 10.30am – Beckfield Lane, Acomb (between Beckfield Lane & Muirfield Way)
Monday 5th November – 11am – Beech Grove, Acomb (by the trees)
Tuesday 20th November – 11am – Kingsway North, Clifton
Wednesday 28th November – 11am – Viking Road Play Area, Acomb
Wednesday 5th December – 1.30pm – Beckfield Lane, Acomb
Friday 7th December – 11am – Kingsway North, Clifton
Monday 10th December – 11.30am – Beech Grove Acomb

Funded by Clifton and Acomb Ward committee, all exercises are adapted to suit everyone’s individual level.
