Our recent consultation with residents of all ages in Selby, Sherburn and Tadcaster has seen an overwhelming desire to have a cinema. As we don’t have a few million to build a cinema, we are going to trial a pop-up cinema event, and are looking for a provider to deliver this for us.
You will need your own licenses, equipment and insurances etc, and be able to deliver three films in a day – one for adults (16+), one for teens (11-16) and one for children (u-11s).
If successful, we may roll this out across the county and would make you our approved provider.
The proposed date is Friday 25th February, and the venue is the beautiful Old Girls School in Sherburn.
