We have a small office space to rent for the rest of 2023 at our Rougier House building (YO1 6HZ), available from 1st April 2023.
Recently vacated by local charity Move the Masses, the space is 8m long by 4m wide, and includes a central island desk, office chairs and a white board. Kitchenette, toilets and showers are also provided, as well as 24/7 access.
Suitable for up to 6 staff (optimum 4), we also have a free, shared meeting room and breakout rooms for smaller meetings. There is a small, free car park (first come, first served) and bikes/well-behaved dogs are allowed.
*This office is on the first floor, with no lift access, but ground floor meeting rooms can be booked (included in rent).
