York Mind’s Action Towards Inclusion programme is reaching out to people who are unemployed who are finding it difficult to get the confidence to look for work or training.

Through one-on-one emotional and practical support they will help people get the support right for them and their situation.

With support, they hope people will gain the self belief and skills to move towards finding suitable employment for them.

Support might include counselling, personal development activities, financial support and advice, employability skills like Maths, English, ICT and CV writing, training enrolment and work/volunteer experience.

People can call Simona or Pam at York Mind directly to talk about this on 01904 666752 or at ATI@yorkmind.org.uk
