Upfaders do not shout loudly about what they do. What they do is put all their energy, all their passion into giving the young people that walk through their doors the best experience and opportunity they can have to help them turn their lives around. They get to know the young person, very carefully and very gently, and help them find an outlet, a musical outlet, that will allow them to express themselves, find their voice and ultimately bring them purpose and joy.
