Calling all potential Countryfile Live North superstars!

Fancy doing something different this summer? Would you like to gain experience of volunteering for the National Trust at a prestigious event?

Join the National Trust team at BBC Countryfile Live at Castle Howard this August. This is the first time this event has come to the North. It’s running 15 – 18 August and we anticipate around 60,000 visitors so we need your help to give each one a memorable experience. There are volunteer opportunities in the following areas: the 50 Things woodland, VE welcome and engagement, site reporters, the National Trust Theatre, floating volunteers (who will get to do a bit of everything including Retail and Food &Beverage).

Working at events can be great fun and you’ll meet some fantastic people, but please bare in mind it can be a long and busy day.

Deadline: 10 June 2019

Find details of the event here, and if you’re interested in volunteering, contact: Caroline Heap, Volunteer and Event Manager (caroline.heap@nationaltrust.org.uk)
