SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES WITH AT LEAST ONE CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF SIX YEARS OLD

Project objectives: To engage families, with at least one child under the age of six years old, that may other wise be isolated. Provide support in situations such as isolation, bereavement, multiple births, illness, disability or where families are struggling and not facing difficulty in accessing support. The service should provide non-judgemental practical and emotional support; help to build the family’s confidence and ability to cope.
MENTORING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE 8 TO 16 YEARS OLD

Project objectives: The delivery partner will provide positive mentors for young people aged 8 to 16 years old (up to the 17th birthday). We expect that a mentor will:
• Meet regularly with a child or young person.

• Empowering them to make their own decisions about their development.
• Support young people to access positive activities and any relevant organisations to help them progress.
SUPPORT FOR ETHNIC MINORITY FAMILIES

Project objectives: To support work to engage ethnic minority children, young people and families in order to:
• Reduce their isolation and ensure they have access to social and practical support.
