Project objectives: To engage families, with at least one child under the age of six years old, that may other wise be isolated. The service should provide non-judgemental practical and emotional support; help to build the family’s confidence and ability to cope.
MENTORING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE 8 TO 16 YEARS OLD

Project objectives: The delivery partner will provide positive mentors for young people aged 8 to 16 years old (up to the 17th birthday). We expect that a mentor will:
• Meet regularly with a child or young person.

• Empowering them to make their own decisions about their development.
• Support young people to access positive activities and any relevant organisations to help them progress.
SUPPORT FOR ETHNIC MINORITY FAMILIES

Project objectives: To support work to engage ethnic minority children, young people and families in order to:
• Reduce their isolation and ensure they have access to social and practical support.
